Set behind a canopy of established trees in Glen Iris, Perch is shaped by a quiet relationship with its leafy surroundings.
Photography focuses on the quieter details of Glen Iris, established greenery, streetscapes, architecture and familiar local moments. Rather than presenting the neighbourhood all at once, the imagery follows the same sense of gradual discovery that defines the wider identity; capturing dappled light, softened boundaries and carefully composed planting.
The result is an atmospheric portrait of place, where landscape and architecture exist together, and Perch is gradually discovered through and beyond the trees.
